- Must be a first time homebuyer.
- 4:1 Matching grants available up to $30,806 on a first come first serve basis until program funds are exhausted.
- Must meet low-to-moderate income household eligibility.
- Homebuyer contribution can come from gift funds or bank account.
- Available for Conventional, VA and FHA financing.
- First Time Home Buyer counseling class certificate required.
Refined Lending has partnered with Goldwater Bank, N.A., a member institution of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and WISH program participant, to offer the WISH down payment assistance grant. The WISH (Workforce Initiative Subsidy for Homeownership) matching grant program is designed to offer FHLBank San Francisco’s member financial institutions an opportunity to support affordable, sustainable homeownership for first-time homebuyers, while achieving their own community investment goals.
