I was trying to refinance since October of 2020 and 3 other lenders turned me down to refinance. Each of them had their own excuses which was really we frustrating. I got in contact with Jerrid and him and his crew looked at my situation and wondered why I couldn’t get it done. I told Jerrid about what all the other banks told me and he still believed he could get it done. In the end it was the fastest most painless deal.
